The 5-steps, especially the 3rd one "Asking", is about reflection, challenge, pause, and inquiry. Actions for leading both individually and collectively
- recognizing those that benefit from you and your group's efforts,
- demonstrate intentions to provide,
- mostly non-verbal discovery of "How are we doing?"
- one's own feedback from their daily activities, and
- a continuous dialogue centered on shared assessments about benefits
